Claude Michel is at the farmers market here in Creston every Saturday selling his mushrooms. On the counter are shitake growing from a kit and also in a tray of coffee grounds. What a great way to recycle. We're kind of proud to be part of all that. Well, he's always giving us samples to try which a pretty nice little bonus too.
