I think I'd better start paying a little more attention as to what's going on in the kitchen. I mean a guy helps clean up the odd bottle that rockets off but beyond that. Well, it's all a bit of a mystery. I think Lassi's are all part of this fermentation business. Oh good, I could learn how to make those at home and weigh in at 400 lb.s in no time. Maybe best to leave well enough alone.

I say "Look Out" because it's all going to get a little crazy. This picture is of our fresh rasberries for the fruit salad I made this evening. It all starts with the asparagus then the strawberries, now the raspberries, saskatoon, blueberries, cherries, apricots, peaches, plums and on into all the variety of apples. Well, and I've left just a ton of things out. Now is the time to come to the Farmers Market Saturday morning. From here on in it just gets better and better.

The Catalpa tree here in Creston is in bloom. It's quite spectacular. We used to have two of these beauties but thats anuther strory. I copied this from Wikpedia " Catalpa, commonly called catalpa or catawba, is a genus of flowering plants in the family Bignoniaceae, native to warm temperate regions of North America, the Caribbean, and East Asia." If your in town park near the post office and then walk north to the, yes,  Catalpa Apartements. It's worth the trip
