It's been another brilliant year for peaches here in Creston. The warm, dry June really did wonders for all the soft fruits this year. The only real problem with peaches is that when they come to an end we're into tomatoes. Nothing better than fresh field tomatoes, it's just that Katherine tends to buy them by the case.
